IMPORTANT FIX: Corrected inverted armor durability multipliers
Values now work correctly as described in the configuration
Values greater than 1.0 = more durability (less wear)
Values less than 1.0 = less durability (more wear)
Minor updates:
Updated configuration files to reflect the new version

Optimized durability modifier calculations
